Ping went out to attempt breaking a low sec gate camp. We formed up light armour with a solo logi (me :D)

Sent in a bait Gnosis (Urban) and waited until things started happening. Hopefully we would get some action this way rather than scare them off.

After some action started urban started making noise about the gate guns that were starting to hurt, i followed to give backup but called to hold so as to keep the charade up. A blackbird landed and started causing us trouble but soon after Urban's Gnosis made it go pop, making things much easier.

Once a fight was starting to take place, we brought in 1 battlecruiser (brookie) to start escalating, hoping that we might be able to get something out of the fight and keep them interested.

Eventually they started to get closer and get more involved, so we called in two more ships, Malediction (Zana) for more points and an Aug Navy (Troven) more deeps.

Some game jumping games ensued, giving us reason to hold off on bringing any more people in-case they just scattered, eventually winding up with a Vexor kill.

However before we could play more or bring more people in, their backup arrived with about 15 battle cruisers and co. We promptly gtfo'd. However we lost a Hurricane due to fatness and align times.

+1 mil ISK overall

We could have improved on our target choice and possibly engaged off the gate to guarantee some kills, but things were slippery and hard to pin down. Not too big an issue.

We could have also been better at watching local count and d-scan to see the backup, get out quicker and avoid the loss.
