AAR HSC Mission Fleet 2018.02.26 14:00 - 17;00

An ad-hoc L4 mission fleet was organised at 14:00 EVE time by announcement in Mumble HSC. Several Unistas showed interest in joining the fleet which was FC'd by Zerubabel Contemplator. A variety of level 4 missions were undertaken within Amygnon between 14:00 and 17:00 against Serpentis, Angels, Mordu's Legion and Rogue Drones. The participants are listed in the accompanying Google Doc.

No particular doctrine was adopted other than to enable unistas to have an opportunity to experience this level of PvE. Attacks were coordinated to ensure rat-tanks were broken quickly leading to a rapid completion of objectives. The DD squad consisted of two BS with a mixture of cruise missiles, sentry drones, a BC and destroyer with fast, short range fit to take out the rat-tacklers, all assisted by target painters. Salvaging was accomplished by a dedicated salvager in a Noctis, assisted by the placement-on-arrival and removal-before-departure of an MTU. On removal, the loot inside was transferred to a can and bookmarked for retrieval by the Noctis pilot.

With the differing rats encountered, the unistas experienced the various typical EWAR adopted by those factions and through the coordination of attacks, the methods that can be used to overcome them.

Although a short fleet op for L4 missions, all participants reported enjoyment of the event and thanks must go to Airsick Lowlander for organising the division of spoils.
