[AAR] BiG Golden Horde Jan 15th

This was my second fleet with the Golden Horde Punishers, and it most certainly became very different then the first

We undocked and set our noses towards Oicx and the area where Dotlan indicated action. 14 in fleet, 3 logi, 2 scouts and 1 ewar frig. In the Eugales- Vil area we found several ships in plexes that we tried to catch, also established a vanguard to avoid scaring away plexers, but no luck.
As we jumped into Hikkoken we saw a spike coming in behind us. In Hikkoken we warped directly to a plex to try to catch a frig, as we landed in the plex the system spiked. I decided to try for the outgate to Hallanen, but the AF fleet with logi and booshers landed on us. They started yellowboxing us and I was hoping for agro so we could jump through. Instead we got booshed away, and that was it.

Safe to say we were quite effectively wiped by the Salt Farmers there.

Sorry guys (especially everyone new to the game), hope you aren't too disheartened by this.

We didn't actually intend to fight you at all, since we of course knew that you wouldn't stand a chance. It was completely by accident that we warped to the Hallanen gate at the same moment you did, and even then we assumed that you'd all jump through right away. The MJD came in basically to maybe catch a straggler or two. We didn't anticipate you all still being on grid when it went off.

Anyway, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. See you around.

Even more did, i think! we had 14 or so in fleet, 9 got killed? Im half ashamed, half proud to say i ignored the FC and jumped into hallanen and got out, when enemy fleet warped on top of us

Edit: about 70mill probably makes this AAR in the top in terms of least ISK lost.

Never thought about such thing as booshing a gang which is hugging the gate... Yeah, somebody in a fleet (scouts first, FC second) should spot a command dessies in enemy gang and make a call. Keep an attention on him and s soon as it start glowing jump through. I guess this comes with experience.
