I just found this on a website, what is this?

If you check out those modules you will see they require the Polaris Skill. That is reserved for games Devs (Side note that’s also the name of the constellation where the Devs “live”), and at a guess I’d say that QA probably stands for Quality Assurance. I may be wildly incorrect though so will be happy to stand corrected

To be honest, I'd already answered this in my reply to your previous question.

There are many things in the datafilee that are not published (not in game) and many things in game that are unavailable to players (some will be available to GMs, many will not be available at all).
