Visibility of Sites I Scan Down

Once I scan something down is it visible to other players? Say I find a Combat Site will it show up on the scans of other players?

Also when I'm looking for Combat Sites and I happen across a Relic Site, can I go back and get a ship that's fitted out to do exploration?

No one shares the information by signature-scanning with you. Even Corp members and Fleet members can't.
But always keep in mind that others also can be in an exploration ship. When you went to reship, someone may scan down and clear the site.
