Hello my dearest Unistas,
Now that the elves have spent their time building merlins, bursts condors, harpies and kirins for the boys and girls on the nice-list this year, it's time for of New Eden's best students to come out and play with their new toys.
Santa Clause's newest apprentice FC's will be running four very special MERRY MERLIN fleets to get us undocking and chasing down those pilots on the naughty list. HoHoHo. Who didn't have blasters and antimatter charges on their list this year? You? Really? Well good news! Francie Clause will be harnessing the ghosts of merlins past to provide FREE SHIPS for this event. Over 1B ISK worth of these magic little ships will be provided... funded mostly from the loot of previous Merlin fleets donated to the Uni.
These four Merry Merlin fleets need you. These FC's have been studying hard preparing to undock their first PVP fleets, and we want to support them. Whether you're a pvp-pro, explosion-curious or day 1 in EVE Online, the Uni wants you here to show these pilots some support. These ships are free and only take a moment to train into.

How long?
PVP fleet can usually last between 2 hrs and 2.5 hrs. For Merry Merlins we should all allow additional form-up time to make sure our newest players and their ships are fit and ready to undock!

Magic Merlins are the mainline here. These fits (T1&T2) will be available free of charge.
