[PVE] Shoot the (Autothysian) Lancers!

Been shouted at by an FC to "ignore the lancers"? Told by miners to leave them alone or they will kill you? Maybe you've been killed by them already. Now is the time for revenge.

Date and Time: October 3rd 2023 - 18:00 Eve Time - 2 hours, but you are free to drop from the fleet earlier if you want to
Fleet Staging Location: Stacmon - The Quad
What do I need to bring?: Yourself, ships will be provided (or until I run out of ships to provide)
What skills do i need?: The ability to fly a cruiser with one the fits below, they should be new pilot friendly
What are we doing on this fleet? We'll be hunting npcs called Autothysian Lancers in high security space. We'll cover the lore behind them, why you would shoot them (for the loot and what you would use it for). when you shouldn't shoot them even if you are hunting them. We will generate some isk from the loot which we'll split across the fleet.
Will I die?: Hopefully not, but the lancers' big brothers could show up and murder everyone, but we'll try to avoid that.

AAR:
11 started but 1 person dropped out fairly early so most results were achieved with 1 T1 exequror, my eos as backup logi/dps, a myrm and harbinger with the rest in one of the fits above.
We specifically tested a T1 meta exeq being able to rep through the rat damage and it could. Although the logi can attract aggression by repping fleet mates without dealing any damage, so two logi capable ships are needed in a fleet format.
We killed 43 Autothysian Lancers without loss, loot gained as I expected was small - 118m in total from just over 2 hours spent. It is a low demand time for Antikythera Element but in a time of high demand, ISK per hour could rocket.
No response fleets spawned, I think this was mainly due to refusing engagements with unidentified wormholes, which I believe raises their spawn probability. We did have a couple of pre-emptive fights started before properly set-up but no harm was done.
We did encounter 1 group of drifter cruisers which we did not engage. The fleet's appetite to potentially get killed by drifters was high though as we finished by warping to an unidentified wormhole and killing a lancer at it, but even that did not produce a drifter response. My Eos stayed away from that encounter but the fleet self managed this last engagement successfully so clearly learned the mechanics.

The main objective was the niche element of learning about the drifters, lancers, the lore, which as I was going through it reminded me of Kelon winning the Amarr Champion as a unista after the empress's murder at the hands of the drifters, and some new pilots able to say they've done something not many Eve players have done. And, if the market for the elements does spike again, some enabled pilots to make some greater isk.
