9 is meant to be Nullsec, fixed in the post.
And other Unista kills are not eligible… except I just added another Piece of Eight that encourages UFC participation.
I was wanting to find a way to involve the UFC, especially with the carnival coming up May 6. Hopefully that’s a good way, but I’m open to suggestions.

As a consideration, is it worth considering Newbros by their SP? In my circumstance my account is several years old as I made it during the pandemic but realistically only have a few months game time.

• Lowsec Po8 added
  didn't include an entire list, but made the description more specific. if we think it needs a complete list I can add that
  Regions. reflected now in the post
  You can earn 1 Po8 using an alt now, but all other killmails need to be solo
