Hello fellow Event lovers, there was a suggestion made by Ca'ain to have a feedback form for events that the host of the event can give to people at the end of an event

As we have talked about it and agree it should be beneficial here is the Feedback form link: http://eveuni.org/eventfeedback please do feel free to use this at the end of any and all events do note it is optional I won't chase you if you forget or prefer not too but it may be nice for us to collect some feedback.

Made a small tweak to the feedback form.
It was not pulling the list of events correctly at all, so the change I made is the feedback form now permits people to enter the name of the host manually and also the event they attended manually
