Phoenix: 43,225 damage (5 attempts, 5 hits, 0 misses - 8,645 damage average, cycle time ~10 seconds)
Naglfar: 43,568 damage (9 attempts, 7 hits, 2 misses - 4,840 damage average, cycle time ~4 - 4,5 seconds)
Moros: 56,730 (9 attempts, 9 hits, 0 misses - 6,303 damage average, cycle time ~3,5 - 4 seconds)
Proteus: 330 (5 attempts, 5 hits, 0 misses - 66 damage average, cycle time ~3 seconds)
Legion: 478 (7 attempts, 7 hits, 68 damage average, cycle time ~3,5 seconds)

So for one ... Bairfhionn, train some skills or take some lessons from sean1121 ... because he consistently out-damaged you by a mile and a half

Second ... I was surprised to see the Phoenixes being able to apply damage so well right off the bat, the others didn't really increase their damage until my speed dropped significantly under the scrutinous webbing from the Lokis. But look at that opening volley from Blake *shudders*.

Killboard says I took 144k+ raw hit points before exploding, of which I had 80k+ raw hit point (11k shield hp, 56,5k armour hip, 12,5k structure hp, ~420k ehp) ... so even though I never really noticed the reps amongst the incoming damage, I still got around 64k hp repped. That's 166+ cycles from a guardian or 19+ cycles from an archon. Didn't help

Yeah, looking back at the BR with timestamps it took a lot longer than it felt at the time.
