I am still waiting to be recruited into E-Uni (I know everyone is busy and all, but I always missed being interviewed!).

I am looking forward to be an instructor to cater to the South East Asian players. I have been teaching a class of 48 Army trainees since 2007 and I am looking forward to teaching in an online environment!

That would be awesome. Have a look through the syllabus library and see what takes your fancy. Many of them also have slide-packs that you can use to help out.

Make sure you schedule the class on the system in enough time to get some students and to give yourself enough time to prepare - for your first few classes you are likely to have enough to worry about without making things more complicated than they need to be

I'm really sorry but somehow we missed your post. No matter what class you want to run as a guest lecturer we can undoubtedly fit you in. However I think it adds more value to our students if guest lecturers can bring in some external knowledge that existing uni members may not normally have encountered. That way we can expand their knowledge of the core subject and also of what is out there waiting for them to capitalise on.

I'm already a guest lecturer. The Uni rarely has so many classes that it will ask its teachers to wait. And I for one would love a spreadsheet-related class, particularly with the new APIs and all that stuff.
