E-UNI to set up camp in NPC Fountain

I think the problem is that everyone seems to be painting their own expectations on what the escapades out in 0.0 entail.

I also suspect that as time goes on and people make their own preparations it will only get worse. The outpouring of drama and strong language in this forum is an indication of just how primed for this a lot of people (including people who aren't even in Uni... ) are.

The level of excitement and anticipation suggests to me that this is going to be a lot of fireworks, probably a lot of fun too. I'm just hoping we can keep that momentum going.

While part of me is sad to learn that it has a planned expiration date - it seems the sort of thing that will get better with time - the possibility of opening up a nullsec shop somewhere other than Fountain is also exciting to me.

The outpouring of drama and strong language in this forum is an indication of just how primed for this a lot of people (including people who aren't even in Uni... ) are.

That's because some of us still care about the Uni and by the recent influx of other TEST posters (omg, DHD, and using good arguments and being well spoken! The horror!) it is clear others are also interested in and support the whole notion of the NSC.

And if you think there is strong language in here, I sincerely recommend that you make the chat portion of your local chat as small as UI-possible while out in Null, you ain't seen nothing yet. Talking about local, remember that local chat is perhaps THE most important personal intel tool you have out in Nullsec, basically anything not blue, green or pink that shows on there wants to kill you and you want to kill it, not at all like Highsec where 99% of pilots in local are neutral and don't mean you any harm. Have the chat member list as large as you can make it and showing the condensed version so you don't have to scroll through it and you are good to go.

I am still very excited to move to null for a little while. I think thou that we may not get enough Unistas out there to get any kind of security in the pocket. If only a small group of Unistas go down there they will just get ganked by the locals on a regular basis. In my opinion we need a substantial amount of members down there to do anything besides sitting in station and occasionally snipe somebody with our SBs (This is what the locals think is going to happen)

Err, I was under the impression that the nullsec camp was going to be an educational program (classes, fleets/guestfleets, tutorials, practice, etc.) rather than a 'security deployment'.

Yes but none of that can happen with just being station camped 23/7, and with an alt down there for a little while I estimate that there are around 30-50 players mainly from the same corp online 23/7 and after chatting with some of them they are looking forward to gank unistas left and right. So we need a force large enough to oppose them!!!

The only people that live in NPC Fountain are some idiots who can't tell their ass from their face (and regularly bomb themselves) and some gross gypsy eastern European alliance that can't muster more than three dudes past 23:00 EVE.

EDIT: They also base out of a station with no cloning services so if you pod them and camp the gate they can't get back in HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE

Well I have been down there in the pocket for longer than 3 weeks now and no matter what time I am on there are a good amount of players there. Atleast 30 split betweem Gangbang, godfathers and a few test.

P.S.: Just randomly logged on my alt in YZ- which by my observations is the 2nd to 3rd most active system and it has 33 in local with the above split!!!
