You know, one of things you learn in nullsec is how to move stuff, be it your own (easy) or corp/alliance assets (pita). Why don't you guys try and move yourselves WITHOUT Black Frog, as a part of the learning experience for yourselves (And I mean the managers/directors themselves)? Because even if individually the staff has some experience in logistics or in nullsec, AFAIK as a corp the Uni hasn't done a concerted effort to get into 0.0 in years...

Sorting a cyno chain, then scouting the JB exits, and moving JFs with speed and efficiency is a key ability for a corp to be independent in null.

This is good advice. Color's good too. Flay's lime green is win.

Your previous post needs work though Why? Because you're in "Somebody's wrong on the internet" mode and failing to understand that I agree with you. DERP DERP.

I hate you all.

I'm currently involved in a hot debate to block Poetics article from being republished on EN24. I'll let you all know how it turns out.

Oh God no, the last thing this thread needs is an indepth analysis of the meanderings of John Stuart Mill.

I second the idea for getting your own stuff out there. Though it will look pretty bad if you derp it and end up losing a few jump freighters.

Learning is for noobs. :P

This is the exact reason we're considering organising our own logistics. :)

The Welcome to Fountain Eve Uni thread

In all seriousness, I was hoping E-UNI might be able to quietly set up camp in Fountain for a few weeks. The more public this becomes the more I think that certain parts of the game will go hunting to pop newbies.

And I'm still not reading Poetic's blog so my comment is semi-blind.

Re: The Welcome to Fountain Eve Uni thread

Should we start making predictions about hilarious stuff that will happen? My guess: TEST cyno alt lights up on the uni JF route and hotdrops a non-test CFC fleet on top of them. Also cynos being lit badly and jump freighters bouncing off stations getting tackled and dying.

Re: The Welcome to Fountain Eve Uni thread

A capital bouncing off a station isn't too big of a worry. Docking rings are usually large enough to accommodate for such. More hilarious are the super poorly placed cynos. I remember lighting a cyno once for three of our Nyxes and it was about 90 degrees to the wrong side of a POS. God they were unhappy :p But hey I learned from it and now all of my cynos are properly in line with safes *knocks wood*

Seriously though, get a dozen or so suicide cyno alts setup, keep them under 900k sp, and just pod them to wherever is needed.

Just make a standard freighter escort fleet with an E-UNI kitchen sink defense force, and slowboat
it out there one gate at a time. What could go wrong?

Re: The Welcome to Fountain Eve Uni thread

I'll volunteer to move all the Uni BPOs in my covops. Since I'll be cloaked nothing could go wrong, right? Is that enough cargo space for a few billion in BPs tho? Maybe I should use my transport. Still cloaky, still safe!

I really prefer the one color per word, but :effort: :-(

Well, today I learned that saying that you nuked someone else's argument means that you agree with him.

And thanks for the recommendation, I think I have that one in the basement from years ago when I actually needed those. I always like to read interesting stuff even if the recommendation comes from a dismissive random in the internet

I made a point of lighting cynos for our supers in a Hictor. There's always someone who asks "why are you in a Phobos...?" and you can hear the unspoken "...is this an awox.....?" question

I'd like to re-iterate my offer to move fit/rigged ships for e-uni members from a lowsec dropoff they can convoy their ships to, using my carrier. I'll charge for fuel costs and a little extra for my time. Exact locations etc. would obviously have to be discussed in private because lolopsec.

Yes I just went full geocities.
