Everything is slowed down (bar SP and POS Timers and the like) and thus everyone has more time to react (in real life)
thus under no TiDi you have 5 seconds to ask for reps before being red-boxed at 10% TiDi you have 50 seconds.
then Logistic has more time to react to start locking you and repping you.
The other fleet gains no extra time bar the time to react to the target call to start locking the target.
so on and so on.
