Greetings Unistas!

Enlightened Industries was founded by an ex-unista and as such many of the guiding philosophies which helped to shape E-Uni have been used in its creation. A lot of our managers and directors are ex-unistas themselves so being an ENL-I member you'll be instantly familiar with how we do things as well as seeing many familiar faces.

We are currently a member of Test Alliance Please Ignore.

PvP is our main focus, as evident by our killboard, and all pilots in ENL-I are combat capable (even the industrialists, and females). We offer a lot to our PvP'ers, such as:

- Small corp roams (bc, hac, bomber, battlebadger)
- Alliance roams
- Coalition blobs
- Supercapital hunts
- Sov warfare

And this is what we can offer you:

- Fun and friendly environment which is well organised but also laid back.
- 0.0 warfare. Logistics, caps, supercaps, 1000+ blobs, even lowsec roams and gate camps, we can offer it all.
- POS access for research, invention, copying etc.
- Plenty of PvE action and people to fleet with.
- Regular mining ops and access to 0.0 ore.
- JC access.
- Generous SRP.
- Generous ORE/Salvage buyback scheme.

We also take the time to teach those new to PvP the ropes and how to succeed. Our corp roams are slow, fun affairs, where we explain everything we're doing and why. We often suicide ourselves just for the thrill of it. We also show you how to fit your ships properly, and also have set fleet doctrines for you to follow and work towards.

For those of you who want to rat we can offer you some exclusive systems in the Fountain region which have Sanctums, Havens, Plexes, Escalations etc. Our biggest drop from a plex so far is 1.6bil and people often fleet up to plex together (kind of "locust-plexing"). For those of you who want to mine we can offer you ABC ores and a generous corp ore buyback scheme. We also do corp mining ops. We have corp industrial projects, such as cap production, so not only can you be a part of that but once you're ready for a capital ship we can offer you one at a greatly reduced cost.

ENLI is above all a community and as such everyone helps each other and works on helping the corp to grow. We're a friendly bunch and go out of our way in helping others. We offer you not just PvP, PvE etc but something that you can be a part of and help to grow. We have plenty of management positions available for you to really make your mark.

Our recruitment requirements are as follows:

- 3mil SP (Exceptions can be made).
- Willing to PvP (we'll teach you).
- Mature and responsible attitude.
- A general "want" to being a part of a community.
- Able to use TS3.
- Be in our public channel ENL-I to discuss your application.


Because of the Uni's fantastic and in-depth training we can lower our SP requirements for uni applicants. Simply pop by our public channel ENL-I and talk to one of our recruitment officers (or me if I'm on) and explain you're a uni ex member.

Enlightened Industries now have access to a Rorqual which can provide instant jump clones and the service is available several days a week at different times. It is recommended that ENL-I members have at least one jump clone which can be used for PvP, and suggested that a third is also made to be kept in our office in Penirgman.

Well this advert has proved successful already with a few uni alts and a main joining up.

Our first Rorqual jump clone service is at 20:00 and so our members are currently getting their free Infomorph Psychology skillbooks from the Corp Share hanger and skilling it up.

Hulkageddon is nearly over so we're planning on running mining ops several times a day almost every day this week. I'm itching to get into my new Orca!

Enlightened Industries has surpassed 60 members and is continuing to grow rapidly. We have begun mining operations which are proving popular and our PI production continues to spread.

We are desperate for some experienced Uni players to help out with management! We need people who can help organize mining fleets, Locust fleets, getting people through the lowsec pipe to our home etc. If you think you've got what it takes to help run our bustling Corp then please contact me. We're sitting at 73 members with many apps waiting to be processed, we have a Rorq which will be providing free jump clones, the alliance is providing PvP training fleets (for nullsec) and our lowsec POS is being placed soon. We have just got NAP with the only Corp operating in this particular system and we'll begin Rorq boosted T1 mining fleets. Our new Production and Invention manager will be using moon goo and minerals to begin our Hulk production.

Everything is moving ahead and growing massively. We need people who are proactive and can help with the management side of things. Please get in touch!

Our dramatic growth has continued and we're now sitting, including apps in waiting, close to 100 members. Because of this sudden growth we'll soon be restricting recruitment while we work on our existing member base and strenghtening our management structure. Recruitment will not effect people from/in the uni but for information purposes this is going to be our upcoming restrictions:

- Uni Graduate/Uni Alt/Uni Main (Basically ex or current uni members are welcome and take precedence above all else), or;
- 5mil minimum SP, or;
- Want to become an officer and help with the running of the corp, or;
- Specfically PvP orientated wanting to join ENLIN (our navy)

I'm proud to say that many of my members have stepped up to many roles and we now have an assortment of Personnel Officers (they look after our newest members in everything from travelling to our base to basic ship fitting advice), Recruitment Officers and Mining Managers. We have participated in the various Alliance operations, including mining, missioning and even PvP (some of my members were part of a large fleet of battleships, logistics etc who went to nullsec to erect a station). We have begun alliance wide PvP training and one of the alliances in our coalition who are only PvP have agreed to begin training on nullsec warfare. My Fleet Admiral and Vice Fleet Admiral, both of whom are very experienced uni alts, are working hard on building our PvP wing and offering training, advice, regular lowsec roams and participation in the big nullsec battles our coalition is a part of.

For the industrialists out there I am pleased to say that we have approx 5 orca's in the corp, with another 2 incoming, and plenty of miners to mine with. We've held several successful mining operations, for ice as well as ore, and have paid excellent prices for those wishing to sell to the corp. We're currently building up our 'Empire' base at present, to give newer players an easier environment to work in, so are welcoming more Mining Managers who can run a mining operation and give our miners direction.

As always, please feel free to convo me to talk about what positions we have available, what we can offer you or what you can offer us. I know all corps say they're going somewhere but just a quick look at our member base should clearly show you that we are definitely going somewhere. We're working hard behind the scenes to ensure we remain strong and robust, without being too rigid. We listen to our members and take on suggestions and we give everyone a chance in being a part of the team which runs the corp. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help run a corp but not necessarily have to deal with the stress (ohhhh the stress!!!!).

Things have been progressing nicely in the corp and I have had a lot of applications to be a part of my logistics team. There's still a lot of work to do but we're moving in the right direction and I have to say I'm really happy at the level of dedication our members are showing right now. This really is a strong and close community we have and everyone is chipping in and helping out.

We're running several mining ops, usually daily, and these are proving very popular (and profitable). People are constantly missioning so there's always someone to fleet up with. Even in our alliance, you can simply ask in Alliance if anyone is running missions and just fleet with them. Moving onto the topic of our alliance, things are going great and there's a load of different types of operations you can attend. They run huge (20+ hulks, 3-5+ orcas) mining ops and pay out some good money, and there is a lot of PvP going on right now in 0.0. They do all sorts from armor tanked BS blobs with logi support, to shield blobs, to drake fleets, to frig/destroyer roams. For the PvPers we can offer a really fantastic opportunity at seeing some fantastic nullsec warfare, and the coalition will even train you up too.

In terms of PvP we are still building up 'ENLIN' and our Admiral and Vice Admiral are both doing a fantastic job. Remember, we have a ship replacement policy upto and including battleships. You don't have to purely dedicate yourself to ENLIN either, you can be an industrialist and also be a member. We don't force our members to be in a separate area, you can mix and match as you please, with our full support.

We still need Officers/Managers in all areas. Recruitment Officers are in urgent need too as we receive a lot of applications daily.

We're at 99 members (with 15 apps in waiting)... could you be our 100th member?

We finally breached the 100 member barrier! I have to admit I'm surprised at just how quickly we're growing. I'm also surprised at just how things within the corp sort themselves out... like, people form their own fleets, join in with alliance ops without being asked etc. People are also stepping up and volunteering for positions within the corp and it's a really great feeling seeing all of these people working together to help. We truly do have a strong community here.

We've been running quite a lot of mining ops and there's been some great turnouts. We were also a part of a very large Alliance mining op which saw us clear 7 entire belts (and a Dramiel BPC dropped from an NPC rat adding to the payout). We've been buying the minerals off the members for better than market buy prices, so all in all our members are pretty happy right now!

Our navy is slowly taking shape and structure and we're working with the alliance in providing 0.0 ops.

Right now we're sitting on 127 members with a large handful of Uni alts/ex unistas. We've a healthy mix of experienced and high SP players as well as newer players, and plenty of positions in management waiting to be filled.

Recruitment is going well, we've been organizing "moving" fleets every night to help bring people in. 0.0 roams are going well too, plenty of action to be had. I'm particularly enjoying the small gang roams we're doing, typically less than 10 people. Makes for some great fighting.

ENLI members took part in their first POS takedown last night. With the rest of the SMA alliance we assaulted a NCDot POS which was coming out of reinforcement, and we had our friends in Mostly Harmless and Goonswarm pop in too with plenty of supercaps to ensure the job was finished in a timely fashion. It was a real eye opener for some of our newer members who haven't even seen a titan up close and it's safe to say they thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a nice end to a day of mining I would say, seeing a few titans doomsday a POS!

Our miners are currently thoroughly enjoying mining in a -1.0 system, their isk/hr ratio has improved dramatically!
