what do you study in real life?

In E-UNI we're all students, but IRL there has gotta be more diversity. What do you study? (people with jobs are expelled from thread!)

I'm onto my 5th year (time flies when you're having fun!) in political science/international relations.

Re: what do you study in real life?

Embrace yourself for the mass of people studying computer science/engineering/IT (also people having jobs in this area)

It is hard to find a corp in EvE, where they don't have several programmers and corp-specific programs to track stuff :D

Re: what do you study in real life?

I have an IT degree and I work in that field, but I study cultural sciences in my spare time if that counts?

Re: what do you study in real life?

I've spent the past three years studying film and video production. I also hold a journalism degree, and I am an avid student of history, especially Civil War and World War II.

what do you study in real life?

I just study data as an analyst at a IT/business consultancy. In a previous studenty life I may have read physics and fooled around a bit in particle physics research, picking up a doctorate.

Re: what do you study in real life?

Have 2 accredited associates degrees one in arts and the other in applied science that is systems related. Working on a bachelors in geoscience and eventually a masters in either Hydrology or specific academic field in information systems (not GIS).

Eirun I took an archeology class and it was a ton of fun - understanding geological principles and sedimentology definitely gave me a head start in the intro class.

Re: what do you study in real life?

Yep, i started out with a bachelors in geosciences as well, very much worth it, especially the field trips.. :drunken:

..The quartenary thing is a masters course, it's about equal parts geology, geography (including GIS) and (prehistoric) archeology.

what do you study in real life?

I did my first degree in Geography (BSc Hons - the only science based Bachelors in the UK at the time), and have recently completed a Postgrad Certificate in Education to become a qualified teacher.

And I work for an IT network maintenance company. Makes sense.
